Sadly we purchased a new HVAC system from another company because we didn’t know about BC Express at the time and have had nothing but trouble. The OTHER COMPANY told us they could come repair our AC in 5 to 7 days earlier in the month when we called - BC was there in a couple of hours twice in one month and diagnosed and fixed the problem both times. Thankfully we were able to get our service contract with them. They are by far the best, most reliable HVAC company around from the office staff to their technicians.
